New South Wales

FINAL MINOR FLOOD WARNING FOR THE MANNING RIVER
Issued at 8:08 am EDT on Saturday 4 February 2012
Flood Warning Number: 14

The Manning River flood levels  have fallen below Minor Flood height  at
Wingham and Taree overnight

Only an average of 5 millimetres of rain has been recorded across the Manning
Valley for the past 33 hours.


Latest River Heights:
Manning R at Mt George  4.57m falling 06:45 AM SAT 04/02/12
Manning R at Killawarra 6.61m falling 07:15 AM SAT 04/02/12
Manning R at Wingham    4.64m falling 07:00 AM SAT 04/02/12
Manning R at Taree      1.25m steady  07:30 AM SAT 04/02/12
Manning R at Croki      0.99m rising  07:00 AM SAT 04/02/12

looks like it's going to be a few weeks before the river clears up again

This river has had a flogging over the last year with rain, brown out once again for the next few weeks
